Therapy for Therapists

Square

We have all heard it throughout our school and from our supervisors, therapists should see a therapist.  Maybe you have and it was really helpful or maybe you have been putting it off for years.  My guess is that you probably don’t have a lot of time to commit to yourself to start this journey or revisit it and that is okay.  You are busy, I get it.

But what if that one memory didn’t keep popping up every now and then.  What if you didn’t have to set such strict boundaries with that family member just so you didn’t get that feeling in your body anymore?  Is there that one thing that you would like to move past or get unstuck? Maybe you envision more for yourself but are unsure how to make it happen?  What if you could move past that imposter syndrome? Maybe you are just interested in experiencing EMDR therapy or parts work.

If you are a therapist and thinking about trying therapy for the first time or the 10th time, give me a call 585-208-8140.
