How long is a session?

 45 minutes

How do I set up an initial appointment?

To set up an appointment, please contact me via phone or email to set up an initial phone consultation.  During this time we work to discover I am the right fit for you.

What is the cost of therapy?

·   Intakes: $150.00
·   Individual sessions: $140.00

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance for a variety of reasons.  However, I am considered an out of network provider.  However, your insurance may cover part of your session if you have out of network benefits.

I currently do not accept insurance at this time for a variety of reasons.  However, I am considered an out-of-network provider and many insurance companies may reimburse you for part of the session.  What this means is that you are responsible for your deductible (determined by your insurance plan) and then you can be reimbursed for part of your session. If you are unsure if you have out-of-network benefits, call your insurance company and ask. I do not accept insurance for a variety of reasons.  Some include that a diagnosis is required and that becomes part of your permanent record, insurance companies dictate how many sessions are allowed and insurance companies may ask for documentation and ultimately decide if therapy is necessary.
 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, check, HSA or most major credit cards.  Payment is due at the time of service.

 
What if I have to cancel?

 I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you are charged a $60.00.
