Anxiety Group for New Moms

This group is for new moms who are struggling with anxiety and want effective tools to move through it. Together, we’ll talk about the mental load of motherhood, worries that feel hard to
turn off, and ways to feel more grounded
and supported.

Please note: Babies in arms are okay.

Parent Book Club:
Raising Critical Thinkers

Over the course of 4 weeks, we’ll be reading Raising Critical Thinkers: A Parent’s Guide to Growing Wise Kids in the Digital Age by Julie Bogart. This group is a place to meet with other parents, explore the book, talk honestly about parenting, and share ideas for raising thoughtful, grounded kids in a very online world.
